Building standard services include, but not limited it, replacing light bulbs, hot or cold conditions, lock replacements, re-keys and duplicate keys, access FOBs, and minor plumbing. You may enter your service request 24/7 and the building staff will respond in a timely manner. Some services may be billable depending on the work required and material(s) used. For work that can be performed by building engineer/maintenance staff, building management will ask the tenant’s authorized representative to approve the estimated billable charges prior to scheduling work.
